NJ COVID-19 Masks and Social Distancing No Longer Required in Judiciary Locations

The Supreme Court has ended the general requirement to wear face masks and maintain social distancing in Judiciary facilities. For now, all participants in in-person jury trials and grand juries must wear face masks and maintain social distancing of at least three feet. Effective April 15, 2022, all county grand juries, and State Grand Jury, will be required to meet in person.
